This blog is all about that much loved and much maligned dog known as the Labradoodle.
As an owner of a Labradoodle myself, I can tell you that the breed is loving, gentle, energetic, excitable, loyal, stubborn, strong willed and absolutely brim full of personality! And in response to the pedigree brigade who will be chunnering to themselves (and anybody else who cares to listen) "oh, well, the thing is you just never know what your going to get with a cross breed", I must hold my hands up to only really having had first hand experience of my own dog (Oscar, pictured above) but other Labradoodle owners that I have spoken to, and the literature that I have read, report broadly similar characteristics.
As this blog grows it is intended that it will tell its readers everything they should need or want to know about these dogs, whilst also conveying something of the joys of Labradoodle ownership through my personal stories of this experience. If you are a Labrodoodle owner - this is the blog for you; if you are interested in becoming a Labradoodle owner - this is the blog for you; if you simply love the breed or dogs in general - this is the blog for you; if you are a pedigree purest, this is probably not the blog for you - but hopefully it will get right up your nose!
